Congrats to Izzy Caplin!
Note from the coach: Izzy is a team captain and can swim any of the events, though she mainly competes in the 100 breast and 100 free, and she has qualified for the section xi meet in the100 breaststroke. Every time she races she gives her absolute best because she is a great competitor. As a captain and a leader, Izzy has a true understanding of how to inspire her teammates, she has a positive attitude, and always has a smile on her face. We are fortunate that Izzy has been a part of the team for the past four years, her value to our team is a major contributor to the success of the team. Izzy sets a high standard for the younger girls to follow and we are all better because of it.
