Winter sports are in full swing. We still have two fall sports competing for State Championships. The following girls will represent the East Hampton/Pierson/Bridgehampton varsity swim team at the State meet at Ithaca College. Jane Brierley, Julia Brierley, Darcy McFarland, Sophia Swanson, and Pierson's very own Kiara Bailey Williams. Our girls volleyball team will be competing at Glens Falls this Saturday at the NYSPHSAA Final Four. Good luck to all the girls. Let's go Whalers!! Let's go Bonackers!!

Pierson's Winter Athletic Season has officially begun. We have had strong numbers in both our middle school programs and at our high school tryouts. Before we move on to the winter season it should be noted that we still have two fall teams participating in post season play competing for the NYSPHSAA State Championships.
This Saturday November 16 at 12:30 pm our girls cross country team will compete at the NYSPHSAA Championships at Plattsburgh State University. Ben McErlean will be competing as an individual competitor at 10:00 am.
Our girls volleyball team will be playing Oyster Bay at 5:30 pm at Hauppauge High School on Saturday November 16 for the Long Island Championship. Please note there is an admission fee for these events.

All student-athletes must have an updated Physical completed each school year and on file with the nurse to be eligible to participate on athletic teams. If you missed the school physicals that were held in June, please schedule your physical with your family physician.
